A tale (tail?) of two audiences is the story behind Pet Angel. This website is primarily for pet parents, explaining the company's dignified cremation services with compassion and honesty. However, as a service provider to animal clinics, the site had to subtly address veterinarians as well, validating the business value that Pet Angel brings to the table.

A smart part of Pet Angel's relationship building was giving veterinarians a little bit more—some free, sound advice on the grieving process for example. This monthly email provided pet professionals with recommendations for addressing pet euthanasia in the veterinary office, so that pet parents and staff have healthy ways to cope.

Had a little help from my friends

Thanks to my full time employer, Mintz + Hoke, my previous employer, lshd advertising, and various connections, I have had the unique opportunity to work for an extensive number of clients in a variety of industries. These markets include insurance, home healthcare, internal medicine, solar, software development, investing, medical device development, cell-based therapeutics, glass, fiber optics, research, and pet after care, just to name a few.

 

The work I’ve included are pieces I am most proud that actually made it to publication, and include pieces completed during my time at Mintz + Hoke and lshd. Currently, the bulk of these pieces are from my tenure at lshd, though I will be adding more from Mintz + Hoke as I go along.
